“Escape Plan was the best movie i saw in a theater in 2013 so far and i have seen more than 60 movies so far.
Also this is the first which got a straight A grade from me and i’m sure if it was released 20 years ago it would crush the us box office but unfortunately it was released now that both action icons are old and out of fashion to put it politely. that’s unfortunate cause this movie is really good and got me intrigued since it’s first scene and all the way to the end. Unfortunately this movie floped in usa with only around $25 million gross cause more than 60% of the audience were more than 30 years old (like me) which means all we people who grew up with those icons we went to see them in the big screen BUT the younger people ignored this great movie so that they could go and give their $$$ to crap movies like paranormal activity, kick ass…etc….movies which are bull but they are in “fashion”.”
